Digestive Health & Gut Healing in Colorado
Good health starts in the gut. Digestive symptoms are a signal. Bloating, reflux, IBS, irregular bowel habits, food sensitivities, and chronic discomfort are not things you simply have to endure. By playing close attention to history and symptoms and using cutting-edge testing, many GI disorders can be resolved.
The GI tract is a hub that impacts hormones, mood, skin, immunity and more — by addressing gut health we see system wide change. My approach is personalized and sustainable — my goal is for folks to experience maximum flexibility in their diet and lifestyle, not to be stuck in restrictive diets and stressful protocols.
I see patients in person at my Denver office and virtually through secure telehealth across Colorado and beyond.
Dr. Caitlin was the only doctor who took my gut issues seriously
“This is long overdue, but I wanted to share a sincere thank you for the care that helped me heal my gut. I still need to be mindful of stress, what I eat, drink, and how I support my gut, etc., but I feel pretty normal these days. It was such a long and slow process — there were many times I thought I would always be “sick.”
Dr. Caitlin was the only doctor who took me seriously and was truly motivated to find answers. Sadly, many doctors are either complacent or stuck in a system that doesn’t allow the attention and time patients need. I am deeply grateful for the diligence and willingness she has shown throughout my care.”

Support for women, children, and families
Digestive concerns present differently at every age — and they deserve age-appropriate, individualized care.
For women: gut-hormone connections, bloating, fatigue, and inflammatory patterns tied to cycles, stress, pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause.
For children: colic, reflux, constipation, food sensitivities and allergies, immune support, post-antibiotic concerns and early gut development
For families: building strong digestive foundations through nutrition, routine, and education — gut health starts in the home.
Regardless of age, my goal is always the same: to support optimal digestive heath.
Digestive Health Across Life Stages
How I Work with Digestive Health
Digestive symptoms are not random. I take time to understand your history, patterns, and daily rhythms so we can identify what may be disrupting your gut. I use breath testing, microbiome analysis and blood tests to get the answers we need to create an effective plan. Don’t keep guessing — trying new diets and random approaches. You deserve an approach that works.
1. Listen carefully to your story & symptoms
2. Identify patterns and possible root causes
3. CREATE A PERSONALIZED, evidence based PLAN
4. SUPPORT healing WITH follow-up CARE, EDUCATION and refinement
Dr. Caitlin uses evidence based approaches to help get my body doing what it needs to.
“She’s wicked smart and has helped me navigate both gut issues and midlife hormones with a practical, down-to-earth approach that has improved my quality of life. She uses evidence based approaches to help get my body doing what it needs to do. She’s truly a game-changer- HIGHLY recommend!”

what your visits include
Thoughtful care. Personal attention. A clear path forward.
Your first appointment is a 90-minute, in-depth consultation designed to understand not only what is happening in your gut, but why. This is unhurried, collaborative care — created for patients who are ready to move beyond symptom management and into true healing.
This visit gives us the time and space to look at your full health picture and begin shaping a plan that reflects both clinical insight and your real life.
What Your first Visit Includes:
-
We explore your digestive symptoms in context — nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones, immune health, lifestyle, and past medical history — so nothing important is overlooked.
-
If you’ve had labs, imaging, or previous evaluations, I carefully review them to identify patterns and integrate what you’ve already done into your care.
-
Together, we build a timeline of symptoms and health events to better understand what may be driving your digestive concerns — whether related to inflammation, microbiome balance, stress physiology, or nutrient absorption.
-
By the end of your visit, you’ll leave with clear, actionable guidance, including:
likely contributors to your symptoms
recommended lab testing or further evaluation (if appropriate)
initial nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies
a plan for ongoing care and follow-up
Dr. Caitlin listens, addresses the root cause, and recommends steps to take that actually help you long term.
“I’d recommend anyone I know and love to Dr Caitlin! She listens, addresses the root cause so thoroughly, and recommends steps to take that actually help you long term. I’ve learned so much from her and so happy my symptoms have completely cleared up after working with her. Wish I knew Dr Caitlin sooner!”
