Summit Sisters 2026 is Women’s Wilderness’ biggest annual gathering and an invitation to grow alongside a vibrant circle of seasoned facilitators, artists, and adventurers. 

Dr. Caitlin’s Talk — Keep Your Wild: navigating health and wellness in the outdoors though perimenopasue and beyond

In this workshop we will review the physiology of perimenopause and menopause - using gentle curiosity to explore how bodies change with time - while  reviewing  strategies for both treatment of common symptoms and preventing disease, including menopausal hormone therapy.  We will specifically focus on ways to continue with movement, time in nature and outdoor adventure throughout this transition and beyond.  There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.  The goal is to explore this topic through the lens of body neutrality, reverence and respect for the multitude of ways folks experience this phase of life while finding camaraderie and levity in the connection found through shared experience.
